How do I confirm my reservation?
To officially secure your event date with Maridadi Catering, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This commitment allows us to begin planning your personalized menu and coordinating logistics. Your reservation is only confirmed once this deposit has been received.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining 50% balance for your catering service is due at least 10 days before your scheduled event. Timely payment ensures that all ingredients are sourced and our staffing is fully prepared for your celebration. We will send a reminder as the date approaches to keep everything on track.
What if my guest count changes or I need to reschedule?
We ask for final guest counts 30 days prior to your event to adjust quantities accordingly. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on our availability. Please note that while we are flexible, the initial deposit remains non-refundable to cover pre-planning costs.
Do you travel?
Yes, travel is available upon request for an additional fee.
